| To everyone
asking questions about diet and exercise:
I am supplying
this page because I am receiving too many letters to
respond to, and most everyone has the same questions.
1.
If you want to take Hydroxycut follow what the bottle
says, and if your body cannot handle taking more than
1 3x a day do just that or take it right before you
work out. If you are taking it all day long sometimes
it is easier to take it before a meal. Yes, I do believe
it will help take off the weight as it did for me. I
did follow the dosing up to the highest amount you can
take.
2.
Cardio and diet are the most important to lose weight.
You can see my diet in the Fitness section. I will answer
any questions you might have about it. I have 2 different
diets, they simply show you how many meals to eat a
day and how many calories: how many grams of fat, carbs,
and protein. You can switch in any other foods you want
as long as you stick to the amount of grams-calories.
Also I started on my 1700-calorie diet for the first
8 weeks then went down to the 1400 calorie's for the
last 8 weeks.
3.
Cardio: If you don't already have one go and buy a heart
rate monitor, you can buy a cheap one for about $50,
this is a very important buy. I used to use mine every
day for the past 5 years, I now know my body well enough
to go with out it
finally!! You can find them on
line or at your nearest sports store. I have the brand
"POLAR heart rate monitor". When doing cardio
you should stay in your target heat rate for burning
fat. For me that is 125-140 BPM (Beats per minute).
If you want to lose weight you need to do cardio 6x
per week if you can. I understand that is a lot but
try at least to do 5x per week. I do 45 mins a day 5-6
days a week. When losing my 30 lbs I did 60 mins, sometimes
up to 75 mins, but once the weight is off you will not
have to keep this up as long as you stick to eating
right
4.
Be Patient!!! I lost 2 lbs per week, that's it
it took me almost 4 months to lose the weight, 16 weeks.
BE PATIENT!!!
5.
I cannot stress enough about diet; have a cheat day
once a week. (Don't go crazy) but go off the diet and
if you cheat during the week, don't beat yourself up
over it, just get back to it the next day.
6.
Exercise: cardio, cardio, cardio, yes I used to use
weights. I do not anymore. I do Pilates 2x per week.
If you want to use weights, I would train like this:
3 days in the gym, 2 days upper body and one day legs,
yes on the upper body days I would do some lunges and
step ups for my legs also. I do 3sets 20 reps for legs
(3x20) for arms I do 3sets 12 reps (3x12)
I train
back and bi's one day, then tri's, shoulders, and chest
another. Some days I would do bi's, tri's, and chest
and then back and shoulders on another day. As far as
the amount of weight: machines it depends on what machine,
dumbbells 5,10 and 15. Do what you feel you can do
you're
not going to get huge unless you are training like the
guy next to you.
7.
Supplements: I do eat Muscletech bars: Nitro-tech and
Mesotech. Also Nitro-tech protein powder, it taste great
with water then you have to option to eat carbs
8.
DO NOT Freak out by weighing your self everyday, from
one day to the next you can be holding water up to 5
lbs on any given day.
I truly
hope I have answered your questions and that I have
helped you in some way!!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!! YOU CAN DO
IT!!!!!!!! Please feel free to keep me updated on your
progress or should I say success!!!!
